Noteworthy Features
The Metlife Centre comprises of twenty-eight storeys, with street level retail and seven parking levels above. It occupies a prominent position adjacent to the Cape Town International Convention Centre. Until 2014, the Metlife Centre was Cape Town’s tallest building when measured to the top of the spire – Portside has surpassed it by just a few meters.
